Grand Cru Rosé Champagne
NV reserve blend of 92% Chardonnay, the same used in the Brut Champagne, and 8% Pinot Noir (Grand Cru from Ambonnay) produced by “assembleage”method (to put together). This is a nontraditional, for the Cote des Blanc, Rose Champagne created by Claude Alexander. Pinot Noir gives greater acidity and structure that can stand up to ribs, salmon and other dinner fare. It is bright and refreshing with a profusion of bubbles with a light raspberry almond finish.
