Membership
-All members must be 21 years of age or older.
-All members are responsible for providing up-to-date information to Alexander Vineyards either in person or on their online account.
-All communication from Alexander Vineyards to Wine Club members will be sent to the email address provided on your account. Wine Club members are responsible for reading and responding to emails if necessary. Alexander Vineyards is not responsible for any charges or account changes that were announced via email.
-A minimum purchase of 24 bottles must be made before cancelling a membership. If a membership is cancelled early, they will be charged the balance of all discounts received as a benefit of club membership. Membership cancellation must be provided in writing to
winelub@alexandervineyards.com.
-Memberships can be put on hold for only two allocations. All benefits will be suspended during that time. Membership suspension must be provided in writing to
wineclub@alexandervineyards.com.
Billing
-Alexander Vineyards will automatically charge your card on file for any shipments made online or in person. Members are responsible for informing Alexander Vineyards to charge a different card.
-Wine is not considered purchased until the transaction is approved. If the card is denied and the member has not updated their account, Alexander Vineyards cannot promise that the member will receive their selected wine.
Shipping
-Adult signature is required upon delivery. Business addresses are strongly recommended.
-I give permission for Alexander Vineyards to automatically ship my wines if I do not pick them up in the allotted time frame.
-I understand that Alexander Vineyards may not immediately ship my wines due to excessive heat.
-If any wines of your wines are flawed or damaged during shipment not due to negligence in receipt, please contact
wineclub@alexandervineyards.com immediately for replacement options. We ask that you inspect all wine deliveries within a timely manner of receiving your package. Alexander Vineyards suspends all shipments during the summer months. If a member elects to receive their shipment anyway against the advice of AV staff, Alexander Vineyards is not responsible for any damage to the wine.
-Members are financially responsible for all failed delivery attempts (signature requirement or incorrect address) unless carrier is liable due to negligence.
-Should any shipments be undeliverable and Alexander Vineyards cannot get in contact with a member, that member will be subject to restocking fee up to 15% of their purchase.
