NV reserve blend of 92% Chardonnay, and 8% Pinot Noir produced by assembleage method. Pinot Noir gives greater acidity and structure that can stand up to ribs, salmon and other dinner fare. It is bright and refreshing with a profusion of bubbles with a light raspberry almond finish. This won double gold at San Francisco International Wine Competition 2017 and is rated by Robert Parker at a 91.
