100% Chardonnay, with 50-72 year old vines. This wine is aged 35% in oak barrels and 65% in stainless steel tanks. The aroma has characteristcs of white-fleshed fruits with well balanced minerality. The palate is full and has fruit notes along with a long finish. This wine will age well for a few years and pair well with seafood or grilled fish.
