100% Viura -The Viura grape is also know as Macabeo but the Macabeo grape is used for Cava production regions and when using the grape outside of those regions it is called Viura. Mildly acidic with notes of peach and nectarine. The finish is fresh and effervescent. Aged 2 months in stainless steel tanks.
