100% Tempranillo - bright garnet in color with notes of dark fruit, chocolate, orange peel and licorice. The finish is long and elegant. This is a selected harvest from 80 - 100 year old vines. 24.5 years in 100% French oak barrels with 5 years of bottle aging.
Black fruits, toasted notes, dark chocolate, orange peel and licorice. On the palate, it is smooth, wide and enveloping. Fresh, mature and elegant tannins. Subtle wood that brings complexity. Pairs well with roasts, red meats, grilled lamb and cheeses.
