Terms & Conditions
Who is eligible for wine club membership?
To become an Alexander Vineyards Wine Club member, you must be at least 21 years of age. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to a minimum commitment of four allocations or one year, whichever comes first.
What are the delivery requirements for wine shipments?
An adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for all wine deliveries. Please provide a shipping address where someone over 21 will be available during normal business hours. Many members choose to use a business address. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How does billing work for wine club memberships?
By joining, you authorize Alexander Vineyards to automatically charge your credit card prior to each shipment for the discounted cost of the wine, plus any applicable shipping fees. Wine club purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please note that advance notification may not always be provided before your card is charged.
How will I receive communication about my membership?
All wine club communications are sent via email from wineclub@alexandervineyards.com or info@alexandervineyards.com. You are responsible for staying informed about your account and allocations. If you unsubscribe or opt out of emails, you may miss important updates.
What is your policy on wine pickup and shipping?
Alexander Vineyards is not responsible for shipments that are not delivered due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive your shipment. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend it. We are also not responsible for wine spoilage caused by missed deliveries or delays on the recipient’s part.
What are the rules for membership changes or cancellations?
Any changes or cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@alexandervineyards.com at least 10 days prior to the next processing date. Membership requires a minimum of four shipments or one year. If you cancel before receiving your fourth shipment, a $150 early cancellation fee will apply.
What happens if I choose winery pickup but don’t collect my wine?
If you select a winery pickup and do not collect your wine within 60 days of the processing date, your order will automatically be shipped to you, and shipping charges will apply.
Can I place my membership on hold?
Yes, you may place your membership on hold; however, benefits will be paused during that time. To reactivate your benefits, you must purchase at least one bottle in the tasting room.
Can I customize my allocation
6 and 12 bottle members may customize their allocation before the 14th of each allocation month. No changes to allocations will be accepted after the 14th.
